from $4,098$7,199

As one of Four Great Ancient Civilized Nations, comprising of Egypt, Sumeria, Indus Valley,  and China, China is one of the oldest current civilizations on the planet, with an arsenal of history and culture to back it up. It is believed the nation originated along the Yellow and Yangtze Rivers, branching out and expanding over thousands of years, cultivating its society and history in the process. This forever changed the landscape, and human history, as we know it.

Legend has, the earliest ancestor, Pangu, created the universe, and after the universe, the Chinese nation. Beijing, the capital of China, is at a constant struggle with itself to hold on to the history and culture of the past while implementing the technology and lifestyle of today and of what’s to come. Shanghai, conversely, has embraced the modern world, so much so, it is one of the epicenters for modern tech, showcasing the capabilities of technology, architecture, and modern engineering.

Hong Kong, a symbol for the unification of modern and old, reminiscent of its Chinese and British colonial heritage, has a very interesting and deep history, one that is turbulent yet amazing. The culture, the food, the people; everything in Hong Kong is so unknown to most travelers, yet once you’re here, you’ll see why this bustling country is the cultural powerhouse that it is.
